How do you know what size to order wide vs. extra wide?

Women do not believe the width measurement is an important one but they couldn’t be more wrong! Think about the difference in inches between a wide and extra wide width. It’s 0.4 inches. Dear Shoe Lady, I have just been looking at the new arrival list and as I see there is NOTHING over a women’s size 12 I need a size 13WW which in your last e-mail you said had arrived. Can you tell me will there be any thing in the size I require soon as I do not which to wear sandals in a English winter!!
